I have had this today too. It seems that the brownish blood I ususally get before my period is here 2 weeks early! Could it be implantation bleeding? Ovulation bleeding? I have a dull ache near my left ovary. please advise!

my partner and i tried for 2 years for a baby and found out we were expecting in Feb 05. i bled for the first 12 weeks with no problems to our daughter, but i did spent most of my pregnancy in hospital on a drip with very severe hyperemesis and then tragically gave birth at 21 weeks due to an having an incompetant cervix, our daughter fought for an hour but there was nothing that could be done to save her. i used to have irregular periods but since giving birth have bled on 3rd and 16th of the month. this month on the 16th it was slightly less red and more mucus which could tie in with ovulation. when i was pregnant i was told that bleeding early on in pregnancy is actually quite normal around the time of implantation and does not seem to have a negative effect on a healthy embryo

Fii - I'm so so sorry to hear about what happened to you. I'm sending you wishes for a healthy, happy pregnancy in the future. Alison - Clomid helps make you ovulate if you haven't been doing so naturally.

Hello,

I am quite concerned about my mid-cycle spotting. Has anyone with this condition been able to conceive naturally?

Thanks!

Ava

I have also had spotting it started around april. I went to the bathroom and saw very faint blood that stopped right after. Dr. said it is ovulation bleeding and very normal:)

I feel comforted to have found this site because for the past four years I have experienced off and on bleeding around the 14th day of my cycle. After doing some research I was satisfied with the explanation that it was just normal ovulation bleeding. I have been married now for eight months and want to be pregnant. I am kind of worried that I have a problem but the obgyn always assures me that everything is fine. Everything I read about ovulation bleeding says that ovul. bleeding is a good sign of fertility, but when am I suppose to have intercourse...before or after the bleeding? Does anyone know? Thanks for reading and good luck to everyone.

Hi everyone - I had had some bleeding mid cycle about 2 months ago and cramping on the left side. I am not pregnant but still ttc. when I saw my dr she referred me to have a ultrasound (to make sure that all was good), when I went in for the ultra sound the tech noticed that I had a cyst on my left ovary. She stated that it is a common thing. Some of the symptoms were nausea and pain (cramping) on my lower left side. dr. stated that I should not have any problems with concieving in the future and that the cyst should go away after 1-2 months. I will be going back in November for another ultrasound. if you are have any kind of pain and you are not pg with a test. talk to your doctor. I am not saying that anyone has the same thing as I do, but check it out. Hopefully, you are pregnant. Good luck.

Had ovulation bleeding this month and I did "it" before and after. I hope something good happens. Wish me luck!
