is it still possible to get pregnant at 46 and a myomectomey and etopic pregnancy that resulted in my right tube cut? If so is it true your ovaries alternate making it every other month to conceive? and only having one working ovary, determines the sex of the baby?

It depends on so many variables for different women. Has your doctor done an egg reserve test? FSH test to see your egg reserve...there's 3 they should do on day 3 of your cycle...lh, fsh and e2 to see if everything is ok. Your age is not an issue if you eat like a health nut and exercise a lot. I believe age is only in the mind and we can tell our bodies they can do anything they want! :) Good luck to you! There are a lot of blood tests to do before starting iui and you only need one tube to let out the follicle and let the sperm meet the egg in the tube so it's all possible!!!!

it doesn't rotate every month ...the ovaries release an egg from either side randomly....it's random which tube the follicle comes out of....it could be from the left for 3 months and the right 4 months and rotate randomly...unfortunately it's not an exact science
