Hi All,
I have recently begun IVF treatment and I feel one of the most important factors which I need to control are my levels of stress, I was advised by a friend, who has also had IVF, to download the new IVF app for I-Phone, and i've found it so helpful, its like having a Harley Street Dr in the palm of your hand 24/7 and it offers me great advise on controlling my stress levels. I feel anyone undergoing IVF would find the app amazing help, and my favourite thing about it is how much money i have saved from consultations.
good luck to anyone out there trying for a baby :-)
